Well made, easily cleaned. Easy to insert with lubrication. Definitely tightened things up, nice vibrations, pleasing sensation of fullness. I have felt a great difference in sensation in just a few days. At first the balls felt as tho they were coming out, which actually enhanced the sensation of the vibrations, after the first few days they stayed up easily so I guess my muscles have strengthened. An easy way to remember to do your Kegels.
Penetration is much more pleasurable now. Low level feeling of arousal, made me aware of my body all day and eagerly anticipate my husband's arrival. |

| I just got these a couple days ago to help with kegel excerises but was not expecting to want to use them all the time!! The first day, I washed them thouroughly and read the enclosed instructions and then tried them "on". Were easy to put in with a little lube and were comfortable. The gentle vib of the balls inside them was immediately pleasing. I definately had to work my muscles to hold them in place, adding to the pleasure. The real fun came when i went to help my husband around the farm. The 5 mile dirt road that I had to take caused the balls to vibrate like crazy and by the time I got there, we had to go behind the barn for a while! Just basic around the house movements keeps me in a low level state of arousal and makes me use those muscles all the time, but driving that dirt road or more vigorus activity will almost certainly send me over the edge in moments! I would definately recommend these for anyone who has had kids and wants to tighten things up or just wants to enjoy doing those chores!! |

Order took way longer to get here than it should have. Seriously doubt that I will be getting anything else from Healthy and Active.
The Smartballs themselves are, interesting. Nice if you are laying down or walking around but long and pointy enough to be uncomfortable when sitting up. I would definitely not feel comfortable wearing them anywhere outside my home, they always feel like they are going to fall out. But, they do make Kegels much, much easier and more fun. You can really tell when you are doing it right, and the vibrations will prompt you to start up another set. So in conclusion, if you just want help getting more out of your Kegels, Buy this product. But NOT from Healthy and Active. If you truly want something to wear all the time, try the single ball instead of this double model. |

| Got these for their main purpose.. to keep my girlish figure! :) hehe.. They work great, you just have to get use to them. I also wore them during my pilates at home.. made it all very fun!! |

I purchased the smartballs and just recieved them about three days ago I can't tell if they will live to my expectations but I feel the need to inform people about the size and dimensions of this Smartballs. First the circumference is 4.5" and the lengh not including the cord is about 5" the cord is about 2.5" I purchase them so I can wear them as a reminder for my Keagels I only have one child and I feel like they are too big for me I can feel the vibration but they don't move so I feel like I am not working to keep them in still I'll keep wearing them and see if they make a diference.
By the way I gave it a three star since I am not yet sure if they will work for me:) |

| This is purely a novelty item. First of all, based on the size of these things, the octomom could hold them in. They are very uncomfortable and I didn't get any "good vibrations" until I removed one of the balls and then it was only subtle. Not worth it, save your money! |

I got a set of these at an estate sale. The packaging and manual had been long tossed out so I had to find out the hard way that these are NOT beads for the anus. These are actually to help strengthen the female Kegel muscle located in the vagina.
They look pretty and I'm sure they work for their intended use, so I gave them 4 stars. This review serves more as a cautionary tale that unless you want a pinchier rectum, stick with traditional beads specifically made for colon travel. |

| The balls were too big for me. I've had three vaginal deliveries, and I've had incontinence ever since having children. I could not even feel that they were in me, so I couldn't do the required squeezing to try to hold them in..even jumping up and down did not make them fall out. Guess I need smaller balls. I'm going to try the Kegel Master. |
