| When I wear this thing, people always ask me if I've lost weight. My suggestion is that you buy a size smaller than you normally would. I am a 2x size in clothing, but I fit comfortably in the XL size for this product. It seriously makes you look like you've lost ten pounds. It's comfortable, too. I thought it would pinch me or cut off the circulation to my legs, (like other brands of "slimmers" I've tried), but I actually love the thing! It helps support my back. You won't have to worry about it sagging or rolling down, either. And you don't have to spend eight years on your back on your bed doing the shimmy to get the thing on. The bottom grommets make it a breeze to go to the restroom, but it's easy enough to get the thing on and off, so you don't have to go that route if you don't want to. Once you buy one of these, you'll immediately want to buy another, so I'd suggest going ahead and buying 2, (one in white and one in black or nude.) AWESOME PRODUCT. The one similar to this without the front grommets, (also sold by Flexees), is awesome, too. They both work really well. |

| After reviewing a seemingly endless list of slimmers and waist reducers I chose this one. The price was excellent compared to retail pricing and it works! It took 1 to 2 inches off my waist, hips and ribcage area. If you are very shortwaisted the top edge may rub against the lower portion of your bustline as you sit so be sure and use a well padded bra with this garment. Overall this was not a complaint from me, just a point to note. I would definitely buy this product again, it is easy to get into and does not shift around at all. This is a very thin fabric also so ot won't be too hot to wear under a big gown and it looks good also under a plain rayon dress. Great product! |

My middle-aged bod just isn't as shapely as it used be, especially after having two children, and so a little extra lift and control is a good thing. Today, I tried wearing the Flexees Instant Slimmer Firm Control Waistnipper with brief and it worked. Very comfortable and the Waistnipper did shrink my waistline by about two inches. Now I can wear a smaller dress size thanks to the Flexees foundation.

This is a great concept, but was poorly executed. The boning and elastic work great at smoothing out that muffin top and spare tire, but your excess fat is squeezed up to the top of the garment--creating the effect of an extra pair of breasts below the natural ones, as well as giving you back cleavage.
The same company makes a similar product that looks like a modern corset (Flexees Women's Instant Slimmer Firm Control Waistnipper #6868). This control garment works much better, except it has a tendency to ride up or down. However, it extends to the underside of the bust, creating a much more pleasing silhouette. Unfortunately it is too short to be worn with low-rise pants, but may be more suited toward wear with a dress or higher pants. When sitting down, however, the boning bends out unattractively.
If you have a short torso, the product on this page just may work for you. Maybe. Otherwise look at the other product I mentioned in my review if you plan to be standing all night. |

| Love this item. It has done wonders for me and I wouldn't get rid of it for the world. It's both sexy and offers back support although I wouldn't suggest exercising in it or walking up a large hill. The front clasps do tend to show through clothing unfortunately but it isn't overly noticeable just somewhat inconvienent. At least it is comfortable and does what it claims, no more love handles when I wear this. |

I bought this Flexee's for a new holiday dress, thinking it would add a little help. It's super comfortable, hitting right below bra line.
All was well, until I put the dress on over it.
With sleek material, all the clasps and wiring showed under the dress.
I have to return it, since I don't know anyone who wants to advertise that they are wearing shapewear. |

I'm going through this phase where I'm trying to get rid of my non-supportive undergarments, and only get the good stuff. I'm experimenting, buy a lot of different types, and reading all of the reviews. I've owned several Flexees brand items and they catch my attention because they're so much less than some of the newer, trendier stuff.
The reviews for this item are great. And, they're right on in that this really does keep it all in and doesn't roll down. Those are my two biggest things I'm looking for. Yet, after trying on a competitor, the Spanx, comfort is a biggie now, too, because I see that it's possible. Unfortunately, this isn't as comfortable. I think it may do a better job keeping it all in, but the wires poke. So, unfortunately I can't wear it as often as I'd like. It may be fine for someone whose standing all day, but sitting forces the wires up. So, I'll definitely turn to this item for special occassions. But,I can't tolerate to wear it regularly.
By the way, I did buy it exactly in my size. I think someone said it ran large. But, I don't see that at all. |

| ...couldn't get the hooks hooked! The panty part was easy to put on, i.e., no calisthenics were necessary. When I was halfway thru the hook/corset part, I had a whopper hot flash, my hands and arms were cramping... I had to sit and rest for a moment.... (I'm kidding - it wasn't that bad, but I honestly could not get the hooks hooked.) I'm an out-of-shape/flabby size 12 and bought size large; didn't think the XL would be 'controlling' (tight) enough. Purchased 2 and they both went back. If you have this problem, try Flexees #3918. It's not as 'pretty,' has no 'hooks' but it did tighten the flab and I don't break into a sweat when I put it on. And it made almost TWO INCHES disappear! |

The main reason I bought this was because my fiance loves the look of support lingerie.
As soon as I put it on I ordered other Flexees items, also with longer torso support: I wrecked my back when I was a teenager, and this item gave me fabulous support!

| bought this to wear under my wedding dress to help the zipper slide up just a bit easier. so comfortable! took my waist and ribcage in about 1", making the dress fall better, helped me breath easier and feel like I was smooth. I would buy more to wear under everyday outfits now. |

| Ok, so this is good concept but the problem arises when you wear it and when you are big and have fat it does not work because it really is not big enough. What i mean is that it does work on the areas it covers but when it does it squeezes the fat and bulges fat into other areas. although my lower tummy was tucked in but alot of the fat was than squeezed up and bulged out from the upper ab. the thing needs to cover the area under the breast too! |

This was the 2nd body shaper that I'd ever purchased and it will definitely be the last! The pros:
1. Extremely comfortable
2. Easy to put on
3. Doesn't roll down at the top (like others I've had)
4. Very breathable (I've felt extremely suffocated in others)
5. Inexpensive
6. Durable (I've worn it everyday for over 4 months!)
Cons:
1. Though it doesnt happen often I've had the wires buldge out on the sides thus creating an uneven look
2. It's still extremely tight fitting (which is great!) but not as tight as when I got it. I tried washing and drying & that helps
3. If you wear a form fitting shirt you can sometimes see the snaps/hooks in the front, making it noticeable that your wearing something underneath the shirt.
Overall this is a GREAT product. I can't believe I wore another brand for almost a year! When I put this one on it was like a breath of fresh air. For the results that it produces you would think it would be extremely uncomfortable but it's not! It's a GREAT product! It IMMEDIATELY removes SEVERAL inches off of your frame! |

| The product does as it claims- slimming the torso and tummy while encouraging better posture. The back boning sometimes needs adjustment so it does not rest against the shoulder bone, but is comfortable enough to wear all day. |

I ordered an XL, after seeing a review that said to get a smaller size than you would normally. I wear a size 20 jeans (loose fitting), and wanted to try this to get my "square butt" hips under control.... I wore it for about 30 minutes, and it was all I could stand. It hurt! It rolled down from the top (in the back) and pinched on the front....
If you can stand the pain, it really does squeeze you in :) But for me- it would be less painful to diet and exercise regularly.... :) |

I love this. I just bought a pair in a different color. I ordered the first after wearing an expensive torture device that rode, and rolled, and had stiff and bendy boning that poked in and out in the wrong directions and made me look like a bad 3D animation.
I couldn't be happier with this one. It is easy to put on and off, and is so comfortable that I can take a nap while I'm still wearing it. In fact I sometimes worry that it's not doing its job, until I undo the snaps and my slightly pillowy belly comes billowing out. The snaps at the crotch are nice because it keeps it from riding up while you're wearing it.
This is just perfect for ladies of a certain age who can't get as toned in the middle as they used to be able to. If you this doesn't work wonders for you, then you probably don't need a cincher. |

| LOVE this Shaper as its the best one I've ever found and I've tried quite a few in the past few years that never worked as well as Flexees did as these were getting harder to find at my local dept stores. I first started wearing this same exact shaper when I was in my late 20's when I was thinner (size 7/9) and needed a shaper for my hip area when I wore A-line/mini skirts & dresses to work. Not that I really needed a shaper at that time other than the fact that my hips needed them. Held me in so well that when I wore it I no longer looked like I had kinda fat hips. Very slimming and makes me look a lot thinner than normal. I tried other brands that either didn't hold in as well as they were made loose even on the smallest size, rolled down in the back area or else the boning/wiring came out completely. I was pretty bummed when I couldn't find more of these until I found them here on Amazon and was happy once again. I'm now a size 10/12 at 40 and still continue to buy a pair both in white and also in black although I find it hard to find them in black these days. Its true that sometimes with tighter skirts/dresses you can see the hooks in the front but I also wear a pair of breathable ultra light (very thin) body shaper (no panty lines) boy shorts that go over them so you can't see them and they work perfectly & no obvious lines in the back either. I buy these in small and believe me it'll hold you in and make you look a size smaller or two. Pretty comfortable for being a shaper even though by the time I get home its nice to get out of it and get some comfy clothes on. All in all I think out of all the shapers out there that this one is the BEST! : ) |
