This is a video review of the Juno Pelvic Exerciser. In my video I try to be as specific as possible without being explicit; I wanted this video to be helpful. I want to emphasize (although I mention it in the video) that if you are deciding which Berman pelvic exerciser to purchase, the Isis is a beginning exerciser; an advantage I saw in getting the Juno instead is that it is graduated so that it can be used as your muscles strengthen---as both a beginning and an advanced exerciser, which appealed to me.

| Great exercisor! I was beginning to have some prolapsing that is normal for my age and timing with perimenopause, etc. This really helps tighten the pelvic muscles and without going into too much detail, the muscles which helps "hold everything in" and prevent leakage and accidents. In just over a week you will definately see results if used consistantly and properly. Don't be afraid to try something like this. It is difficult to discuss and admit to a problem, so buying online and using resources here is a godsend. Arrived super fast. Highly recommend!! Worth every penny and more!! |

| this weighted exercisor at first can be difficult it does help you can tell a difference almost after a few days of useing it to help strengthin the pelvic floor muscles |

| Very poor instructions, and then when I tried to find more information on the internet I found conflicting information. The instructions say to start with the small end, but on a transcript from "Oprah" it says to start with the big end. Not very practical either, you're supposed to do Kegels many times a day and you can't exactly use this when you're sitting at a stoplight or at your desk. Not worth buying. |

| I have read the review before I purchase this product. But very disappointed. It is not as easy as the intruction indicated. I have tried on the smaller end, it dropped easily, The bigger end was too big and very discomfort. I would not recommend it. |

| when I tried to use it I kept getting a yeast and it wasn't wrapped securely to be a new item, but who would think anyone would sell something that personal that may have been used. |
